Client Experiences

Real people. Real experiences. Their own words.

Every person comes to this work with a different story — and every experience is their own.

Here are a few words shared by clients who have allowed me to be part of their journey. 🌿

EMOTION CODE

“I had such an incredible relief and feeling of lightness afterward. It truly was life-changing for me.”

Amanda has been, and still is, a big part of my healing journey both emotionally and physically.

I was 58 years old when my life suddenly fell apart with several physical issues and extra stress. With the help of a physical therapist, I soon learned that our emotional health can have a giant effect on our physical health. I was led to Amanda and her Emotion Code work.

To be honest, I was very leery. I had always dealt with things by pushing and plowing through, but this time that approach wasn't working.

After my third session, I felt some really intense emotions followed by an incredible release. Afterward, I felt such relief and lightness in my life. It truly was life-changing for me.

As part of this journey, I've learned that we have to deal with and let go of emotions rather than just put them behind us. Amanda has helped me do this.

I continue to reach out to Amanda when I get overwhelmed or just feel bogged down in life. She also created a customized meditation for me, which has greatly helped.

FOOT ZONING

“I felt so relaxed and at peace after my first foot zoning session!”

FOOT ZONING

“Her calm presence and genuine care set the tone right away.”

I recently had a Foot Zoning session with Amanda, and let me tell you, she was amazing.

From the moment I walked in, Amanda made me feel completely at ease. Her calm presence and genuine care set the tone right away.

She took time to listen and helped me uncover some nagging issues I hadn't realized could be connected until that session.

Since working with her, I've noticed improvements in my overall well-being — more energy, less tension, and a renewed sense of balance in my body.

If you've been curious about Foot Zoning, give Amanda a try. I would highly recommend it.

HTMA & COACHING

Working with Amanda for HTMA testing and coaching for my child was an incredibly positive experience. We were looking for nutritional support, but also practical, mindful reset options that could realistically fit into everyday life—and Amanda provided both.

What stood out most was Amanda’s ability to truly get to know my child as an individual. She took the time to understand their interests, habits, routines, and actions rather than simply offering a standard set of recommendations. Her guidance felt personalized and thoughtful, and she found ways to connect her recommendations to things that would actually resonate with my child.

I also really appreciated how realistic Amanda was about implementing changes. With hectic schedules, even the best recommendations aren't helpful if they are too complicated to maintain. Amanda gave us practical, doable options for nutrition and mindful resets that we could incorporate into our normal routines without feeling overwhelmed.

She also made the process of following through on her recommendations incredibly easy. When there were specific nutritional items or other products we needed, it was simple to know exactly what to order based on her guidance. That took away so much of the guesswork and made it easier for us to put the plan into action.

Amanda brings together knowledge, personalization, and a genuine understanding of real family life. We felt supported throughout the process and came away with recommendations that weren't just informative—they were things we could actually use.

About Wild Roots

I believe healing should feel human.

Wild Roots Studio was created from a simple belief: we are shaped by more than what is happening in our lives right now.

We carry stories. Patterns. Beliefs. Emotions. Expectations. Things we learned in childhood. Things that have traveled through families for generations. Things our bodies have adapted to along the way.

And sometimes, what once helped us survive becomes the very thing we're ready to outgrow.

That’s where my work begins.

I’m Amanda — a holistic healing facilitator, practitioner, writer, creator, and lifelong question-asker.

I don’t believe I have the power to “heal” another person. I believe my role is to create space, offer tools, ask better questions, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with the wisdom already within you.

My work brings together emotional wellness, energetic practices, whole-body wellness, nervous-system awareness, subconscious patterns, and creative exploration. Sometimes that looks like an Emotion Code session. Sometimes it's Distance Foot Zoning or HTMA. Sometimes it's a guided audio, a workbook, a story, or one sentence that makes you stop and think:

Wait…who told me I had to keep doing it this way?

There isn't one right way to heal.

There isn't one timeline.

And you don't have to become an entirely different person.

Sometimes the work is simply uncovering who you were underneath everything you learned you had to be.

A little about me

I’m professionally trained and certified across several holistic wellness modalities, including Emotion Code, Foot Zone Therapy, Transformational Nutrition, and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). I’m also a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the AADP.

But credentials only tell you what I've studied.

They don't tell you how I work.

I’m curious. Practical. Open-minded. A little unconventional. I believe science and spirituality can sit at the same table. I believe your lived experience matters. And I believe lasting change happens when we stop trying to force ourselves into someone else's version of wellness and start paying attention to what actually works for us.

Wild Roots Studio is where all of those pieces get to exist together.

The healing.
The questioning.
The creativity.
The messy middle.
And whatever comes next.
